International Shipping

We offer international shipping options to our customers. You can also select the time when you want us to deliver the certificate and merchandise. If you are in a rush, you can pay an extra amount for express delivery, or you can go green and get a digital certificate.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country’s government. The recipient/customer must pay any such additional charges including but not limited to duties and taxes which are not covered by the shipping fee charged when your order is placed.

The Custom policies vary extensively from one country to another, and the delivery times are estimated accordingly. Although the standard delivery time may take longer than stated due to the customs processes. In some cases, packages may be held in customs until any additional fees are paid.

All international orders are subject to import duties and taxes. We request our customers to contact their local customs office regarding these customs policies, including import duties and taxes.

We generally take 30 days to ship the order but it can vary depending on the number of orders and in case it takes more than the stated time to ship the order, we will notify you regarding the order.

We do not offer an order tracking system but a tracking number/link will be provided to you as soon as it is available and you can check the status with the delivery service.
