Refund Policy


DIGITAL CERTIFICATE

We will not issue refunds, in part or in full, for digital gift certificates once the order is placed. However, you can mail us at support@giftaplace.com if the details you entered while registering for the digital certificate were incorrect. You can correct the information within 10 days of receiving the digital gift certificate.


HARDCOPY

Since the gift certificates are personalized and custom made, it limits our options to refund your money. Gift A Place will make a refund only after deducting shipment charges and 10 percent bank charges in case the gift certificate you receive is severely damaged.

You will not be eligible for a refund if you fail to contact us within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the gift certificate.

The customer can request for an exchange if the gift certificate contains incorrect information. However, the customer must pay an additional shipment amount if they wish for an exchange of products.

The best place to buy is a place associated with your memories. It can be anywhere near you to any location, far away from where you cannot reach. Gift A Place is where you save your memories associated with a place and send a gift to your loved ones.


EXOTIC PLACE

You are eligible for a refund, or exchange only if the gift certificate or products you have received are damaged or the certificate contains incorrect information.

On receipt of damaged products or gift certificates and gift certificates with incorrect information, you must contact us within 15 days from the date of delivery, failing to do so and you will not be eligible for a refund, or exchange.

The refund will be made after deduction of 10 percent bank charges. You can request for an exchange if the gift certificate contains incorrect information. However, the customer must pay an additional shipment amount if they wish for an exchange of products.

We have only one way of working: your way and a passion for a revolutionary gifting experience.


GENERAL RULES FOR REFUND

You can request and receive a refund for your order only on reasonable grounds. You will receive a full refund within seven days after we have approved the refund. The money shall be refunded back to the same account from which the payment was initially received.

We will initiate and complete the refund or exchange only after we have analyzed the proof of purchase. We will not accept any refund or exchange request after the specified days (10 days for digital & hardcopy and 15 days for Exotic Place) from the date of purchase. We will also require a photo for inspecting the damage to your certificate and products.

We are here to assist you, and you can contact us at suport@giftaplace.com to register a complaint along with your order number, UID, and images of the damaged certificate and products.

We do not take responsibility for delayed delivery since delivery services are third party contractors and we are only responsible for the services we offer.
